• The hotel name and 5starhotels.lk page URL.
• The exact detail that should be corrected.
• An official or otherwise reliable supporting source.
• Your relationship to the hotel, if you represent the property.

Send corrections with the subject Hotel information correction.

If you believe an image is attributed to the wrong hotel, displayed without appropriate authority, or otherwise needs correction or removal, email us with the page URL, the image URL or a clear description, your requested action, and information showing your connection to the work or rights holder.

Use the subject Image or copyright review. We will review sufficiently detailed requests and correct or remove material where appropriate.

Contact the hotel directly using the clearly labelled official links on its directory page. Please do not send payment or passport information to this email address.
